Fire Ban

Bell’s Fort Rendezvous over Labor Day weekend at the big South Park of the Royal Gorge will take place as scheduled. The Parkdale fire did not burn the rendezvous site. Freemont County has a level two fire ban in place. No open fires, you must use propane stove. The Royal Gorge will post fire brush truck on site at all times. The fire ban may be lifted as conditions improve. Due the number of inquiries we have received we will post an update around Aug. 20th.
